1. Consultations & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via text/SMS.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a consultation fee.

2. Fees & Payments

All consulting fees will be clearly communicated in advance.

Fees may vary depending on the scope or complexity of your request (e.g., proposal review, site analysis, multi-party consultations).

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payments, and other approved methods.

3. Scope of Service

SoCal Solar Guide offers advisory and consulting services only. We do not provide solar installation, roofing, electrical work, or permitting services.

Our role is to provide independent guidance, analysis, and education to assist you in making informed solar energy decisions.

We are not liable for the performance, pricing, or conduct of any third-party installer or contractor you may engage.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate, current information, solar regulations, utility rates, and incentive programs may change over time.

We make no guarantees regarding the future availability of solar rebates, incentives, or tax credits.

Clients are responsible for verifying any financial, legal, or tax implications with the appropriate professionals.

5. Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a consultation, please notify us within 48 hours so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Since our work is advisory in nature, we do not offer refunds for completed consultations or deliverables.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive updates, appointment reminders, and limited promotional messages from SoCal Solar Guide.

Message frequency may vary.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or using the opt-out link (if applicable).

7. Limitation of Liability

SoCal Solar Guide is not responsible for:

The actions or errors of third-party service providers

Financial outcomes resulting from solar-related decisions

Installation delays, equipment issues, or warranty disputes

Use of our services does not create any contractual relationship beyond the scope of consultation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
